From First Cut Farm! Organic shallots are not merely small onions; they're totally separate relative of onions. You can use them just like onions, but they have a more delicate and sweeter flavor. Often used in French cooking for vinaigrettes and stews! If you’re a fan of Thai cuisine, shallots are preferred for making curry pastes and some stir-fries!

They will store through winter in a cool, dry space!

Orders will be available for pick up at the locations below after 4pm on Wednesday, October 28th. Please order by Thursday, October 22nd. Your order will have a sticker with your name on it. If you do not see a sticker with your name on it, please do not take it with you!

If you would like to pay by cash or check, please call us at 360-504-8429 and we will confirm your order, the total amount owed, and delivery site during that call. If you are able to have the farm store website open during your call, that is very helpful!
